About Standard Scope Rings

Modern scope rings typically fit onto a Weaver or Picatinny rail, and come in either 30mm or 1" diameter. However, some specialty scopes are available in 34mm or 35mm sizes. Older scope rings were frequently rifle-specific.

This article is more or less a stub, before I get around to writing a more detailed article.
